Merchant Account.Paymentus will arrange for the Client to have a merchant account with the Paymentus Authorized Processor for processing and settlement of the credit card transactions.
Merchant Account.Merchant shall maintain a checking account at a financial institution of Merchant's choice for purposes of electronic settlement of Transactions (�Settlement Account�). This checking account must accept debit and credit ACH Transactions.

The Merchant may also hold other accounts for the same purposes, which shall then be deemed to form part of a single Merchant Account for the purposes of this Agreement. However, the Merchant must have a Merchant Account for each of its addresses.
8.2 The Merchant shall continue to be subject to the conditions and fees prescribed by its depositary financial institution in respect of the Merchant Account. The Merchant shall give the Federation fifteen (15) days� prior written notice of any change of account. Said notice shall indicate the new account number and, where applicable, the name of the new financial institution.
8.3 The Merchant hereby asks, and therefore authorizes the Federation, to credit or debit, as the case may be, the total amount of any Transaction to or from its Merchant Account. The Merchant acknowledges that it is the duty of the depositary financial institution to credit said account the moment it receives the funds sent by the Federation.
Merchant Account.First Billing will arrange for the Client to have a merchant account with the First Billing Authorized Processor for processing and settlement of Card transactions (a “Merchant Account Set- up�).

Merchant Account.If described as part of implementation services in the applicable SOW, Paymentus will assist Client in setting up a merchant account directly with the Paymentus Authorized Processor for processing and settlement of transactions.
Merchant Account.Company will credit or debit the Merchant Account via ACH the net amount due to you. All sales slips are subject to audit and final checking by Company, and may be adjusted for inaccuracies.
