Vacation Time definition

Vacation TimeÌýmeans use rights for a period of time at a Resort which are deposited with RCI.

Vacation TimeÌýshall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4.3 hereof.

Vacation TimeÌýmeans use rights for a period of time whether recurring week(s), or parts thereof, of a Memberâ€™s Vacation Ownership.

Vacation TimeÌýand â€�vacation payâ€� shall be calculated as follows: (a) An employee with up to three years of continuous service shall be entitled to ten days of vacation time. Vacation pay shall be calculated as four per cent (4%) of gross pay. (b) An employee with more than three years but less than five years of continuous service shall be entitled to fifteen days of vacation time. Vacation pay shall be calculated as six per cent (6%) of gross pay. (c) An employee shall receive an addition day of vacation time for each year of completed service after the conclusion of the fifth year of continuous service to a maximum of five vacation days at the completion of the employeeâ€™s tenth year of service. The employee shall receive an additional 0 .4% of gross pay for each additional day of vacation time. (d) An employee with more than ten years of continuous service shall be entitled to twenty days of vacation time. Vacation pay shall be calculated as eight per cent (8%) of gross pay.

Vacation Time.ÌýVacation weeks will be calculated at a maximum 37.5 hours per week. Individual vacation days will be deducted from vacation entitlement based on the hours scheduled on the effective shifts. Example, 7.5 hours vacation pay when removed from an eight hour shift. 11.25 hours vacation pay when removed from a twelve hour shift. Overtime: Article 17 Employee working twelve (12) hours shifts will receive overtime after twelve (12) hours or after seventy five (75) hours in a pay period.

Vacation TimeÌýand '"vacation pay" shall be calculated as follows. An employee who has passed his/her probationary period shall be paid four percent of his/her wages (excluding vacation pay) received by the employee in the service vacation year as vacation pay and shall be entitled, after the completion of one year of continuous service, to ten days off work as vacation time.

Vacation TimeÌýis recognized as the Employeeâ€™s vacation entitlement.

Vacation TimeÌýmeans the time between from 4:00 PM (Pacific time) on the Check-In Date to Check- Out Time.
