Service Level Terms definition

Service Level TermsÌýthe service level terms specified in Clause 4 applicable to the Services under this Agreement;
Service Level TermsÌýmeans the various categories of support services pertaining to the Software and the conditions of service availability.
Service Level TermsÌýmeans the service level terms specified in clauses 4 and 5 as part of the Services under this Agreement. "Software-as-a-Service" means gomo learning (as made available to the Client through the Portal) and/or gomo video, each time as applicable, as hosted from, and made available to the Client by gomo through the Hosting Facility, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Level Terms in a sentence

  • The definitions set out in the General Terms and the Operations Manual apply to these Service Level Terms unless expressly provided otherwise.

  • Service Requests will only be processed by the LFC during Business Hours except where explicitly required by the Service Level Terms.

  • Where they do so, all of the relevant Service Levels for that Service Order, as defined in the Service Level Terms, will be restarted and measured as from the revised Service Start Date.

  • Enhanced Service Level Terms may be offered and charged for at the rate in the Price List.

  • In that situation the Service Levels in the Service Level Terms will continue to apply to the originally notified expected restoration time, rather than the revised fault restoration time.

  • Clause 11.7 states that where that information is not provided, the Service Level Terms will not apply.

  • References to clauses or sections are references to clauses or sections in these Service Level Terms unless expressly provided otherwise.

  • Without prejudice to the LFC’s obligations to meet the availability and connection service levels specified in the Service Level Terms, the LFC may temporarily suspend or restrict a Service in order to carry out maintenance or development work on the LFC Network.

  • Service Levels for both the Layer 1 and Layer 2 components of the Bitstream 4 Service are set out in the Service Level Terms for the Bitstream Services.

  • Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used in this Agreement, but not defined in clause 1.3, have the meanings set out in the applicable Service Level Terms, Service Description or Operations Manual.


More Definitions of Service Level Terms

Service Level TermsÌýmeans the set of terms and conditions describing the application of a Service Level to a particular activity by the Access Provider, as set out in Schedule 7 (Service Levels) of the Reference Offer.
Service Level TermsÌýmeans the Service Level Terms as detailed in the Scope of Works.

Related to Service Level Terms

  • Service Levels means the particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet, and identified as service levels in the Specification.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;
