Service LevelÌýmeans the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
Service LevelÌýmeans the magnitude of a Service Measure;
Service LevelÌýmeans the magnitude of a Service Measure set out in schedule 1;

More Definitions of Service Level

Service LevelÌýmeans any agreed minimum level of Service to be achieved by BT with respect to a Service.
Service LevelÌýmeans the specific level of performance Contractor is required to comply with and adhere to in providing the Services in conformity with the Requirements, consistent with the criteria and parameters specified in this Contract. Service Level Terms are set forth in Attachment to this Contract.
