Covered EmployeesМэmeans all employees and agents of the Company who are responsible for performing, supervising, overseeing, or managing activities related to the maintenance of online political files, as required by the Political Record- Keeping Statute and Rule.

Covered EmployeesМэhas the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).

Covered EmployeesМэmeans those persons who are subject to the limitations of Code Section 162(m).

As required by Chapter 2.88 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code, Contractor certifies all contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) obligated under this contract shall fully comply with the provisions of the County of San Mateo Living Wage Ordinance, including, but not limited to, paying all Covered Employees the current Living Wage and providing notice to all Covered Employees and Subcontractors as required under the Ordinance.
Xxxxxxx agrees to undertake a background investigation of any new/replacement Covered Employees during the Term of the Agreement.
Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to restrict PlaintiffsвЂ� CounselвЂ™s ability to communicate with Class Members in accordance with PlaintiffsвЂ� CounselвЂ™s ethical obligations owed to Covered Employees.
Counsel must obtain, unless prohibited by applicable law, the consent of such Covered Employees to allow the Office of the State Comptroller Inspector General to audit the results of these background investigations, and (i) to review unredacted background investigation records, including supporting documentation, and (ii) to conduct its own background investigation.
Only Covered Employees who have passed the background investigation shall be assigned to provide Services.

Covered EmployeesМэmeans those persons who the Committee determines are subject to the limitations of Section 162(m) of the Code.

For the avoidance of doubt, neither Temporary Employees nor Part-Time Employees are eligible for severance benefits under the Plan. An employeeвЂ™s full-time, part-time or temporary status for the purpose of this Plan is determined by the Plan Administrator upon review of the employeeвЂ™s status immediately before termination. Any person who is classified by the Company as an independent contractor or third party employee is not eligible for severance benefits even if such classification is modified retroactively.

Covered EmployeesМэmeans all employees and agents of the Company who perform, supervise, oversee, or manage the performance of duties that relate to the CompanyвЂ™s responsibilities under the Communications Laws, including the Contribution Rules.
