Work Assignments Sample Clauses
The Work Assignments clause defines how specific tasks or projects are designated and managed under an agreement. It typically outlines the process for assigning work, such as through written instructions, statements of work, or task orders, and may specify the required approvals or documentation. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities for each assignment, reducing confusion and helping to manage expectations throughout the course of the contract.
