MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES Clause Examples for Any Agreement

The MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES clause defines how the management and oversight of a project, company, or partnership will be organized. It typically outlines the roles, responsibilities, and authority of various individuals or committees, such as boards of directors, managers, or project leads, and may specify procedures for meetings, decision-making, and reporting. By establishing clear lines of authority and communication, this clause helps ensure effective governance and reduces the risk of disputes or confusion over management responsibilities.
