Your Card definition

Your Cardor �the Card� refers to the Principal Card and (all) the Supplementary Card(s), unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
Your Cardmeans the Card issued to you by the Bank, which is and shall remain the property of the Bank. You agree to return the Card to the Bank or its agent upon request. Also, the Bank may at any time reissue a different Card to replace your Card.
Your Cardor �the Card� means the Visa® Credit Card(s) and any duplicates and renewals We issue relating to this Agreement or Your Account. Everyone who receives, sign or uses a card issued under this Agreement must be a member of this Credit Union. “Account� means Your Visa® Credit Card Line of Credit account with Us. “We,� “Us�, “Ours� and “Credit Union� means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Federal Credit Union. The words that are defined in this Agreement shall have those meanings throughout regardless of whether they appear capitalized or in lower case unless the clear meaning of the context in which they are used would dictate otherwise.

Examples of Your Card in a sentence

  • Your Card and your obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned.

  • You agree not to use Your Card for illegal transactions including, but not limited to, advances made for the purpose of gambling and/or wagering where such practices are in violation of applicable state and/or federal law.

  • Even though the sales, cash advance, credit or other slips You may sign or receive when using Your Card contain terms, this Agreement is the contract which solely applies to all transactions involving the Card.

  • We may terminate Your right to use Your Card, PIN or Access Code, or cancel this Agreement at any time upon written notice.

  • You may use Your Card to buy goods and services in any place that it is honored and to get cash advances at participating financial institutions.

  • Even if You use Your Card for an illegal transaction, You will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction.

  • Your Card and/or any other Account access device will remain Our property and any such Card or other Account access device We may issue may be cancelled or its use restricted by Us at any time without notice, except as may be required by applicable law.

  • Your Card remains our property and may be cancelled by us at any time without notice.


More Definitions of Your Card

Your Cardis a secured prepaid card, which means that the Credit Provider must have provided you with the Credit Facility that is accessed via your Card. Your card is not a credit card. We will only honour transactions up to the amount of the Credit Facility approved by the Credit Provider. You must always make sure you have sufficient Funds Available to cover the transaction or have made arrangements with your Credit Provider.
Your Cardmeans the Card issued to you by the Issuer, which is and shall remain the property of the Issuer. You agree to return the Card to the Issuer or its agent upon request. Also, the Issuer may at any time reissue a different Card to you to replace your Card.
Your Card.The Card is subject to all of the terms of this Agreement. The Card is non-transferable and may be used only by the Cardholder. The card is not a credit card. No interest is, or will be, paid on the balance of the card account or any sub-account. Depending on the deposit method(s) you choose, fees may be imposed in connection with deposits. You agree to pay all fees charged in accordance with this agreement. Each Card issued in connection with the Card Account or any sub-account is and will remain our property. However, you will be solely and completely responsible for the possession, use and control of the Card. You must surrender or destroy the Card immediately upon our request. The Card may not be used for illegal purposes. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account (including sub accounts). What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. After you receive your Card you may use it to purchase goods and services everywhere debit VISA Cards are accepted and to access cash at automated teller machines (“ATMs�) of financial institutions displaying the same card network name/logo as noted on your Card. Each time you use the Card to purchase goods or services, you authorize us to charge the amount against your Card’s available balance. You agree that you will: (i) not use the Card at gambling websites or to purchase illegal goods or services; (ii) promptly notify us of any loss or theft of the Card; (iii) promptly notify us of the loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of any PIN, codes or numbers used to access the Card account information or Card funds; and (iv) use the Card only as instructed by us. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe violates the terms of this Agreement. You may use the Card to: (i) withdraw cash from automated teller machines or cash machines; (ii) make deposits to your Card (as detailed below in Adding Value to Your Card); and
Your Cardis a credit card, which means that the Card's Available Balance will be reduced by the full amount of each Transaction and authorization, plus any taxes and charges that are applicable including any additional ATM charge if any (the 'Full Deductible Amount'). The Full Deductible Amount must be less than or equal to the Available Balance on your Card. You must not use your Card if the Full Deductible Amount exceeds the Available Balance or after the expiry date of the Card. If, for any reason, a Transaction is processed for an amount greater than the Available Balance on your Card, you must repay us the amount by which the Full Deductible Amount exceeds your Available Balance within 14 days of receiving an invoice from us. Should you not repay this amount within 14 days of receiving an invoice from us we reserve the right to take all steps necessary, including legal action, to recover any monies outstanding.

Related to Your Card

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.� Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Your covered auto means: 1. Any vehicle shown in the Declarations. 2. A "newly acquired auto". 3. Any "trailer" you own. 4. Any auto or "trailer" you do not own while used as a temporary substitute for any other vehicle described in this definition which is out of normal use because of its:

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • You, Your, Yourself means the Insured Person shown in the Schedule.

  • You and Your means the individual subscriber whose application for coverage under this agreement has been approved by us. For the purpose of this agreement, you and your will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.
