Voting Equity definition

Voting EquityÌýhas the meaning provided in Section 2 hereof.
Voting EquityÌýmeans stock or equivalent equity interest that ordinarily has voting power for the election of directors, managers or trustees, whether at all times or only so long as no senior class of stock has such voting power by reason of any contingency.
