Wildex is an authorised Virtual Asset Service Provider regulated by the Chamber of Revenue Administration in Katowice, Poland and supervised by the General Inspectorate of Financial Information (“GIIF�), which ensures that all crypto-related activities align with national and EU financial regulations.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in any methodologies, processes, techniques, tools, or intellectual property used or developed prior to or independently of the Services provided under this Agreement.
Client agrees to pay Service Provider the applicable fees based on the selected service package.
