SAR Shares definition

SAR Sharesmeans the shares of Common Stock that may be issued in connection with the Company’s payment upon the exercise of a Stock Appreciation Right.
SAR Sharesmeans the Shares that are subject to the SAR.

  • The SAR Shares may not be exercised during the one-year period following the Grant Date (the “waiting period�).

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Plan to the contrary, upon the exercise of the Option, the number of Tandem SAR Shares shall immediately and automatically be reduced by the number of shares of Common Stock into which the Option is exercised.

  • Such notice shall specify the number of Tandem SAR Shares as to which the Tandem SAR is being exercised.

Related to SAR Shares
