Developer agrees that the costs and expenses of such Affiliates or contractors charged to or incurred by Company shall be paid by Developer as part of the Company Reimbursable Costs.
The Company Work Cost Estimate is an estimate only and shall not limit Developer's obligation to pay Company for all Company Reimbursable Costs actually incurred by Company or its Affiliates.
If the Monthly Estimate Payment for such preceding calendar month was greater than the total Company Reimbursable Costs actually incurred in that preceding calendar month, Company shall credit the difference to Developer in the current Monthly Invoice.
