Receivables Assets definition

Receivables AssetsĚýmeans accounts receivable (including any bills of exchange) and related assets and property from time to time originated, acquired or otherwise owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
Receivables AssetsĚýmeans (a) any accounts receivable owed to the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary subject to a Receivables Facility and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such accounts receivable, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such accounts receivable, all records with respect to such accounts receivable and any other assets customarily transferred together with accounts receivable in connection with a non-recourse accounts receivable factoring arrangement.
Receivables AssetsĚýmeans (a) any accounts receivable owed to the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary subject to a Receivables Facility and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such accounts receivable, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such accounts receivable, all records with respect to such accounts receivable and any other assets customarily transferred together with accounts receivable in connection with a non-recourse accounts receivable factoring arrangement and which are sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred or pledged in connection with a Receivables Facility.

  • It is Funding Trust II's intention to convey its entire rights, title and interest in the Receivables Assets or other assets related thereto acquired from National Financial Auto Receivables Master Trust pursuant to the Assignment Agreement.

Receivables AssetsĚýmeans any assets that are or will be the subject of a Qualified Receivables Financing.

Receivables AssetsĚýhas the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7(a)(i).
Receivables AssetsĚýmeans (a) any trade or accounts receivable owed to the Parent or a Restricted Subsidiary subject to a Receivables Facility and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such trade or accounts receivable, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such trade or accounts receivable, all records with respect to such trade or accounts receivable and any other assets customarily transferred together with trade or accounts receivables in connection with a non-recourse trade or accounts receivable factoring arrangement and which are sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred or pledged by the Borrower to a commercial bank or an Affiliate thereof in connection with a Receivables Facility.
Receivables AssetsĚýmeans accounts receivable (whether now existing or arising in the future) of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and any assets related thereto including, without limitation, all collateral securing such accounts receivable, all contracts and all guarantees or other payment support obligations (including, without limitation, letters of credit, promissory notes or trade credit insurance) in respect of such accounts receivable, proceeds of such accounts receivable and other assets which are customarily transferred or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted in connection with non-recourse, asset securitization or factoring transactions involving accounts receivable and any Swap Contracts entered into by the Borrower or any such Subsidiary in connection with such accounts receivable.
