Protective order definition

Protective orderМэmeans any temporary or permanent court order prohibiting or limiting violence against, harassment of, contact or communication with, or physical proximity to another person.

Protective order information will remain on the Georgia Registry and NCIC for the remainder of the year in which the order expires plus five years.

Each reporter participating in any such deposition shall be informed about and provided with a copy of this Protective order and shall agree to be bound by its terms.
