Proposed Annual PlanÌýhas the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Proposed Annual PlanÌýmeans an annual business plan for the operation of the Hotel that is prepared by Operator and submitted to Lessee for approval and shall include the Proposed Operating Budget, the Proposed Capital Budget, the Proposed Marketing Plan, and the Proposed Management Plan.

  • Any disapproval by Owner of a Proposed Annual Plan shall include a reasonably detailed explanation of the reasons for such disapproval.
