The Proposer shall carefully examine the terms of the Proposal Documents and shall judge for itself all of the circumstances and conditions affecting its Proposal.
The Proposal, bound together with all Proposal Documents, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked as specified in the Notice to Bidders for such Bid and clearly indicating the name and address of the Bidder and must be received by the City Clerk, City Hall, 320 West Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858, no later than the time and date specified in the Notice to Bidders.
In consideration of PGW’s evaluation of the submitted Proposals, each Proposer agrees that its Proposal shall be a firm offer to PGW, and shall remain open for acceptance by PGW for a period of at least one hundred and fifty (150) days beginning with the submission due date set forth in Section 1 of these Proposal Documents, as may be revised by addenda.
Proposal Documents cannot be altered, amended or withdrawn by the Proposer after the submittal deadline.
It is the Offeror’s responsibility to have the Proposal Documents, including Addenda, correctly submitted by the submittal deadline.
