Project Approvals definition

Project ApprovalsĚýmeans all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.
Project ApprovalsĚýmeans, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.
Project ApprovalsĚýshall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Examples of Project Approvals in a sentence

  • In the event of an irreconcilable conflict between the provisions of the Project Approvals (on the one hand) and the Applicable Rules (on the other hand), the provisions of the Project Approvals shall apply.

  • In the event of a conflict between the Project Approvals (on the one hand) and this Development Agreement, in particular, (on the other hand), the provisions of this Development Agreement shall control.

  • Nothing in this Agreement precludes City and Developer from entering into any reimbursement agreements for the portion (if any) of the cost of any dedications, public facilities and/or infrastructure that City may require as conditions of the Project Approvals to the extent that they are in excess of those reasonably necessary to mitigate the impacts of the Project.

  • All amendments to the Project Approvals shall automatically be treated in the same manner as Project Approvals without further action only if none of the conditions described in CEQA Regulation 15162 have occurred.

  • The term of all other Project Approvals shall be automatically extended such that these Project Approvals remain in effect for a period of time at least as long as the term of this Development Agreement.

Project ApprovalsĚýmeans all variances, waivers, and exceptions to the City Development Rules and the City Rules approved by the City, and all properly granted approvals required under the City Rules for the Property, including the plat approval, site development plans, and building permits.

Project ApprovalsĚýmeans the approval of development, other than development by the State or local government, in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area by the appropriate local approval authority. The term includes approval of subdivision plats and site plans; inclusion of areas within floating zones; issuance of variances, special exceptions, and conditional use permits; and issuance of zoning permits. The term does not include building permits.
