For employees who are retiring, resigning, being discharged, or laid off, the District shall show the last day worked as the termination date on the Personnel Action Form which is also the last day physically on the job.
When changes, additions, or deletions are made on a wage position, all pertinent budget information must be included on the Personnel Action Form.
Training scheduled more than five (5) days in advance, regularly scheduled shift changes, transfers as documented on a Personnel Action Form 14 and promotions shall not apply to this consecutive off day provision.
