Owner AssociationĚýmeans any mandatory membership nonprofit corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia for the purpose of governing one or more Parcels at the Property, including, but not limited to, any condominium association that may be created for condominium units established at the Property and any board of representatives required.
