Other Real Property definition

Other Real PropertyÌýhas the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
Other Real PropertyÌýmeans Real Property that is neither Hotel Real Property nor Office Real Property nor Retail Real Property.
Other Real PropertyÌýmeans real property that is not tangible property described in subsection (c)(4), is not other residential property, and is not agricultural land.
