Other Additions definition

Other AdditionsÌýmeans, for any fiscal quarter of the Borrower, (a) during the period from the First Closing Date through December 31, 1997, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Support Amount for such fiscal quarter and (ii) extraordinary, unusual or non-recurring, or expected to be non-recurring, expenses and expenses resulting from changes in the Borrower's accounting or management policies or practices, in each case of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal quarter, all as determined in the judgment of a Designated Financial Officer, in an aggregate amount, under this clause (ii), not to exceed $20,000,000 from and after the First Closing Date, and (b) thereafter, zero.
