Opinion LetterÌýhas the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(C).
Opinion LetterÌýmeans an IRS issued letter as to the acceptability of the form of a Prototype Plan as defined in Section 4.06 of Rev. Proc. 2005-16.
Opinion LetterÌýis being delivered pursuant to Section 3.01(d) of the Credit Agreement.
