Notwithstanding the.ÌýTarget EBT" amounts set forth above, if at any time or from time to time after the date hereof the Company or any of its subsidiaries acquires a business, substantially all of the assets of a business, or any assets material to the business of the Company or any of its sub sidiaries, the Board of Directors of the Company shall make such adjustments to the Target EBT amounts, if any, as the Board of Directors of the Company in its discretion deems equitable in light of each such acquisition. Any such determination by the Board of Directors shall be effective and binding for all purposes of this Agreement and the Plan.
