In its role as such Senior Lender or Mortgage Lender, and for so long as any of the Certificates (other than the Class R-I or Class R-II Certificates) are outstanding, the Master Servicer shall not consent to the amendment of any Mezzanine Intercreditor Agreement without the written consent of the Special Servicer.
