Majority Shareholder definition

Majority ShareholderÌýmeans a holder of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding stock of the Company, or if no person holds more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding stock of the Company, the holder of a plurality of the outstanding stock of the Company.
