Loss of DataÌýmeans the physical or electronic or other loss or destruction or alteration or loss of use, whether permanent or temporary, of or damage to Data, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to loss of Data resulting from loss or damage to Computer and Electronic Equipment or Data Storage Materials, including while stored on Data Storage Materials.
