The Operating Company shall appoint a suitably qualified person(s) in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 3 Contract Management, Section 2 Key People to perform the function of the Journey Time Reliability Coordinator between 06.30 hrs and 18.30 hrs, seven (7) days a week.
The Operating Company may, subject to the written consent of the Director, delegate the actions and responsibilities of the Journey Time Reliability Coordinator to an Incident Liaison Officer for holiday cover and out of Normal Working Hours.
