Initial Plan definition

Initial PlanÌýhas the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals.

Initial PlanÌýmeans the Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan, as approved by the Board on March 5, 2008 and approved by the Companyâ€™s shareholders on May 1, 2008.

Any other provision of the Plan to the contrary notwithstanding, the terms of the Initial Plan shall remain in effect and apply to all Options granted pursuant to the Initial Plan.
After the Initial Plan Agreement Term, the Plan Price is paid on a monthly basis unless we agree otherwise.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan Agreement, we will repair the parts and components of any Covered Items that are part of the Covered Home, if a Covered Breakdown occurs on or after the Initial Plan Agreement Effective Date stated in your Plan Summary and while this Plan Agreement is in effect (including any renewal term(s)) up to the applicable Covered Item Limit.
The most we will pay for any and all claims, including all Service Requests, arising out of or from this Plan Agreement is $50,000 during the Initial Plan Agreement Term, and after the expiration of the Initial Plan Agreement term during any twelve (12) month period.

Initial Plan.Ìýâ€� means the first plan for a water company ever requested by the commissioner pursuant to section 25-32d of the Connecticut General Statutes;

Initial PlanÌýmeans the Company's first incentive stock option plan adopted at the Company's annual general meeting held on March 26, 2009;

Initial PlanÌýmeans the Plan that was filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court on December 23, 2022 [Docket No. 1253] (without reference to any modifications, amendments, or supplements to such Plan).
