Information Services Traffic definition

Information Services Trafficmeans Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party’s information services platform (e.g., 976).
Information Services Trafficmeans calls to an Internet Services Provider (“ISP�) where the call (i) originates on the network of one Party in the Molalla Exchange and terminates on the network of the other Party in Molalla Exchange and (ii) provides access to the Internet or Information Services furnished by the ISP to the caller.
Information Services Trafficmeans intraLATA switched voice traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and is delivered to a service provided over a Party’s information services platform (e.g., 540, 550, 976, 940, and 970) that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public. Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 5.7 of this Agreement. Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party’s information services platform (e.g., 540, 550, 976, 940, and 970).

Examples of Information Services Traffic in a sentence

  • All traffic that is destined for ancillary services, or that may have special billing requirements, including but not limited to the following: Directory Assistance, 911/E911, Operator Services (IntraLATA call completion), IntraLATA third party, collect and calling card, 800/888 database query, LIDB, and Voice Information Services Traffic as described in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment.

  • Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic.

  • Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties.

  • This trunk group will be utilized to allow Z-Tel to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Billing for 900 and 976 calls or other Information Services Traffic will be passed through when SBC- AMERITECH records the message.

  • For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless Rhythms has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to bill and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Rhythms' Customers, Rhythms shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges.

Information Services Trafficmeans calls to an Internet network, or the network of an interconnected VoIP provider, of one Party in the exchanges and terminates on the network, or the network of an interconnected VoIP provider, of the other Party in the exchanges and (ii) provides access to the Internet or Information Services furnished by the ISP to the caller.

Related to Information Services Traffic

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant.   • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Information Service is the offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.
