Examples of Equipment Notice in a sentence

  • If Tenant desires to use the roof of the Building to install communication equipment to be used from the Premises, Tenant may so notify Landlord in writing (“Communication Equipment Noticeâ€�), which Communication Equipment Notice shall generally describe the specifications for the equipment desired by Tenant.

  • If the Sellers do not provide the Buyer with an Equipment Dispute Notice within such ninety (90) day period, the Missing Equipment Notice prepared by the Buyer shall be deemed to be final and will be conclusive and binding upon the parties hereto.
