Commercial Development definition

Commercial DevelopmentĚýmeans any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
Commercial DevelopmentĚýmeans the development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Assets and the Project Utilities by the Developer on the Site;
Commercial DevelopmentĚýmeans development that contains a commercial land use district of the City of Calgary Land Use Bylaw 1P2007, as amended and replaced from time to time, and may contain an industrial land use district but does not contain a residential land use district;

Commercial DevelopmentĚýhas the meaning ascribed thereto in the Commercial Property Regulations;
