Client Application definition

Client Applicationmeans an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Client Applicationmeans any application, plug-in, helper, component or other executable code that runs on a user’s computer.
Client Applicationmeans a unique collection of rules and processes as part of one or more new RuleSets that are created using the Software and that provide specific business functionality for the Client.
