City Properties definition

City PropertiesÌýmeans any buildings that are owned by the City of Mission.
City PropertiesÌýare defined as Properties owned by the CITY for which the CITY shall perform all Operation and Maintenance and for which the DISTRICT shall be responsible for the payment of all costs and expenses associated with such Operation and Maintenance. The City Properties are listed below and are described more fully in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Examples of City Properties in a sentence

  • A decision by an arbitral tribunal that the agreement is null and void does not invalidate the agreement to arbitrate (see Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd v City Properties Sdn Bhd & Anor [2008] 1 MLJ 233 â€� High Court).

  • Some projects include Drainage Repair of City Properties, Floodplain Mitigation, and Stream Gauging Stations.

  • Subject to the next sentence, the City shall permit access to the City Properties to Developer and any persons designated by Developer, and shall afford them the opportunity to conduct, prepare and perform any surveys, appraisals, and any environmental, feasibility and other engineering tests, studies, and reports that Developer deems necessary or appropriate.

  • Developer shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to survey and examine the City Properties and any improvements thereon, at any time after the execution of this Agreement, with any persons whom it shall designate, including, without limitation of the foregoing, appraisers, contractors, engineers and soil testing personnel.

  • The Contractor shall mow the City Properties in accordance witha mowing schedule attached in Exhibit “Câ€�.

  • Developer shall maintain in full force and effect policies of general liability and workersâ€� compensation insurance in amounts reasonably acceptable to the City and approved by its Risk Manager prior to being granted access to the City Properties.

  • The Apartment Complex was built by KSF Holdings, First City Properties, Inc., Fields & Silverman, and various other contractor and subcontractor entities (collectively Developers).

  • The City Properties to be maintained are shown in the maps in Exhibit “Bâ€�.Contractor shall be responsible for removing all litter, mowing all turf, and removing all grass clippings from hard surfaces.

  • Work under this Agreement shall consist of specific grounds maintenance activities at the City Properties (“Workâ€�) as shown in the exhibits including the maintenance requirements inE xhibit “Aâ€�.

  • Upon completion of all such tests, studies and reports, Developer shall fill all holes produced by it and restore the City Properties to their condition existing prior to any tests or inspections.

Related to City Properties

  • City Property means any real property owned by City, whether in fee or other ownership estate of interest.

  • University Property means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the University in the UK which are made available for use by the Supplier or its sub-contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Community property means that property of a husband and wife

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).
