Upon connection of each Building System to the Energy Transfer Station pursuant to Section 3.3, the Developer will perform Building System Commissioning.
During Building System Commissioning, the Developer will take all required steps to remedy any defects in the design, engineering, construction or installation of the Building System identified by the Developer’s Engineer within such period of time as may be reasonably required to remedy such defects and will promptly provide to Corix documentation from the Developer’s Engineer (in a form that is satisfactory to Corix, acting reasonably) verifying that the Building System is Functional.
