Approved Site Plan definition

Approved Site PlanÌýmeans the site plan or site plans reflecting one or more portions of the Work and the Redevelopment Project approved by all entities required to approve a site plan pursuant to the Municipal Code and Section 3.7, as such site plan or site plans may be submitted, approved and amended from time to time in accordance with the Municipal Code and Section 3.7.
Approved Site PlanÌýmeans the approved plans and drawings pursuant to Subsection 41(4) and Subsection 41(5) of the PLANNING ACT and execution of an agreement pursuant to Subsection 41(7)(c) of the PLANNING ACT.‌‌‌‌‌â€�
Approved Site PlanÌýmeans the detailed site plan or site plans approved by the City for the Project Site in conjunction with the M-U Gateway District zoning in accordance with the Municipal Code.

More Definitions of Approved Site Plan

Approved Site Plan.Ìýâ€� means a site plan in respect of which an approval is in force under the regulations and is described in more detail in new section 69I inserted by clause 81.
