The parties to this Agreement recognize that these substances often have profound, long-term adverse side effects, and that their unlawful use by children cannot be tolerated. The parties to this Agreement also understand that it is illegal in New Jersey to use, possess, or distribute any stramonium preparation, commonly referred to as "Jimson weedâ€�, and that it also is illegal for any person to distribute or possess substances sometimes referred to as “date rapeâ€� drugs, including gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB), Rohypnol (roofies), and flunitrazepam (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5.2 and 5.3, effective August 8, 1997; N.J.S.A. 2C:35-2 and 2C:35-10.5).
