Accrual Period definition

Accrual Period.ÌýWith respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.
Accrual Period.ÌýWith respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and each Distribution Date, the period commencing on the preceding Distribution Date (or in the case of the first such Accrual Period, commencing on the Closing Date) and ending on the day preceding the current Distribution Date. With respect to the Class C Certificates and each Distribution Date, the calendar month prior to the month of such Distribution Date.
Accrual Period.ÌýFor any interest bearing Class of Certificates other than the LIBOR Certificates and any Distribution Date, the calendar month immediately preceding the related Distribution Date, and with respect to the LIBOR Certificates, the period beginning on the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or the Closing Date, in the case of the first Accrual Period) and ending on the day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

Examples of Accrual Period in a sentence

  • For each Loan, interest shall accrue during each Interest Accrual Period on the unpaid Aggregate Outstanding Amount of such Loan on the first day of the applicable Interest Accrual Period (after giving effect to payments of principal thereon on such date).

  • All computations of interest hereunder shall be made on the actual number of days elapsed in the applicable Interest Accrual Period divided by 360.

  • The Calculation Agent’s determination of the foregoing rates and amounts for any Interest Accrual Period will (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding upon all parties.

  • The Trustee shall include in the Monthly Report a notice setting forth the Interest Rate for each Class of Secured Debt for the Interest Accrual Period preceding the next Payment Date.


More Definitions of Accrual Period

Accrual PeriodÌýmeans each calendar month, provided that the initial Accrual Period hereunder means the period from (and including) the date of the initial purchase hereunder to (and including) the last day of the calendar month thereafter.
Accrual PeriodÌýmeans, with respect to a Distribution Date, the period from and including the immediately preceding Distribution Date to, but excluding, the then-current Distribution Date, or in the case of the initial such period, the period from and including the Closing Date to, but excluding, the first Distribution Date.

All calculations of interest on the Class CE Certificates will be made on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
Accrual PeriodÌýmeans the period commencing on and including the first (1st) day of each calendar month during the term of the Loan and ending on and including the final calendar date of such calendar month; however, the initial Accrual Period shall commence on and include the Closing Date and shall end on and include the final calendar date of the calendar month in which the Closing Date occurs.
