For each Loan, interest shall accrue during each Interest Accrual Period on the unpaid Aggregate Outstanding Amount of such Loan on the first day of the applicable Interest Accrual Period (after giving effect to payments of principal thereon on such date).
All computations of interest hereunder shall be made on the actual number of days elapsed in the applicable Interest Accrual Period divided by 360.
The Calculation Agent’s determination of the foregoing rates and amounts for any Interest Accrual Period will (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding upon all parties.
