Water Treatment Plant.ÌýThe regular hours of labour for Chief Operator, Industrial Millwright, Industrial Millwright Apprentice, Leadhand Electrician, Plant Electrician, Maintenance and Relief Operator, Operator, Control Technician, Janitor/Handyworker and Environmental Engineering Technician shall be as follows:
Water Treatment Plant.ÌýThe Professional shall perform Services for the Water Treatment Plant (“WTPâ€�) scope described below.
Water Treatment Plant.ÌýThe regular hours of labour for Operators, Maintenance and Relief Operators and Control Technicians shall be as follows:
a) Operators - The Regular hours of work shall consist of eight (8) hour tours of duty, inclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour paid meal break, with shifts from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.; 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Operators shall work five (5) consecutive identical shifts, followed by two (2) consecutive days off. There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours between shifts b) Maintenance & Relief Operators, Control Technicians - The regular hours of work shall consist of eight (8) hour tours of duty, plus a one-half (1/2) hour meal break, for five (5) shifts on consecutive days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. There shall be a minimum of eight (8) hours between shifts except as provided for in Section d) and in any event will not be required to work at straight time rates beyond eight (8) hours during any twenty-four (24) hour period.
Water Treatment PlantÌýa water treatment plant, and associated facilities, to treat water from the Well Facilities for the Company’s use at the Project, including pumps and pumping stations, metering, valves, controls, and other equipment, electrical installations, fencing and security devices, pipes and piping, and all other personal property, equipment and fixtures in connection therewith. The Water Treatment Plant is further identified by materials to be attached hereto as Exhibit “Eâ€�.
Water Treatment Plant.Ìý3.1 All equipment, grounds and facilities now existing within the current property boundaries of or being used to operate Owner's Water Treatment Plant located at: 0000 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx.
3.2 Raw Water Quality and Finished Water Requirements of the Water Treatment Plant. The facilities shall be operated and maintained in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to water treatment, contaminant monitoring, and reporting. All analytical methods used to demonstrate compliance shall be in accordance with methods approved by the Owner and State Agencies, as applicable. In the event that a parameter does not have a method approved by State Agencies, methods approved by EPA as of the date hereof, as contained in the Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Rule (as promulgated in the Federal Register on December 16, 1998), shall be used.
3.3 System Demand. Contractor shall assume an average demand for water of 1.096 mgd and a peak daily demand of 2.304, at the commencement of this agreement. Contractor acknowledges that the Owner has the right to demand up to 2.304 mgd on any day and Contractor shall undertake, as and when needed, the necessary arrangements to assure that enough personnel are available to satisfy additional demand overtime. Raw water intake, raw water channel, flash mixer, clariflocculator, settle water channel, filter house, pure water channel, C.C.T. and pure water sump, pump house, all by pass arrangements, chemical house, administrative block, laboratory, chlorine house, blower room, area lighting and all electrical mechanical equipments installed for satisfactory performance of water Treatment Plant. The operation for various components of clariflocculator is given in Annexure No. III In addition to this operation maintenance of water treatment plant comprises as detailed below.

A) Water Treatment Plant Chief Operators hired before January 1, 1996, at the City's Water Treatment Plant will rotate every twenty-eight (28) days from days to nights and nights to days, as applicable.
Water Treatment Plant.ÌýWith regard to the current Water Treatment Plant, the City reserves the right to contract out the operation of the plant, and/or staff the plant with employees not represented by the Union. The Union agrees not to seek to represent any employees hired to staff the current Treatment Plant.
Water Treatment Plant.ÌýUntil such time as the development of The California Speedway reasonably requires that such operations be terminated as determined by the Corporation or earlier upon Xxxxxx'x sole election, Kaiser shall be entitled to continue operating, at its sole expense, and receiving revenues from its water treatment plant and related facilities which are located on the Real Property as of the date of this Agreement.
