Theft Insurance.ÌýAn employee who is required to collect or be responsible for money collected for school purposes will be insured against loss resulting from theft of such school money in the amount of up to $500 if such theft occurs on school premises during the time that the employee is on duty. The employee will promptly report such theft to the police through the building principal in order to be eligible later to file a claim for loss. Except in unusual circumstances bargaining unit members will be afforded the opportunity to deposit funds with the building principal or designee during the regularly-scheduled workday.

Evidence of the existence of this insurance shall be provided to the University’s Risk Management and Insurance Office.

  • ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇â–� Insurance (a) If an Employee is in receipt of an Incolink benefit and suffers a disability for a period of more than 14 days, they will have access to a benefit under a policy procured by Incolink to reimburse domestic bills which the worker receives and pays during their disablement. (b) This policy will reimburse up to $300 per bill up to a maximum of $6,000 for all bills for any one period of disablement. (c) The Employer will pay a contribution on behalf of each Employee of $1.50 per week per Employee in accordance with the relevant Incolink trust deed or other governing documents.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained formâ€� or “loss discovered form,â€� and coverage must include the following: ï‚� The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims. ï‚� The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy. ï‚� Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable. ï‚� The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction. ï‚� The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.

  • Accident Insurance It is highly recommended that either the Sending Institution or the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise provide insurance coverage to the trainee, and fill in the information in Table B or C accordingly. The trainee must be covered at least by an accident insurance (damages caused to the trainee at the workplace) and by a liability insurance (damages caused by the trainee at the workplace).

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
