Service Completion Sample Clauses

The Service Completion clause defines the point at which the contracted services are considered fully performed and delivered by the service provider. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria or deliverables that must be met for completion, such as submission of final reports, acceptance by the client, or fulfillment of all project milestones. Its core practical function is to establish a clear endpoint for the service provider’s obligations, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping both parties determine when payment, acceptance, or other post-completion obligations are triggered.
