Reputation and Goodwill. Each party agrees to properly use the other party's correct product names and trademarks for the other party's products and services and shall not knowingly make false or misleading representations with regard to such products or services or the other party. Each party further agrees to conduct business in a professional manner and act in good faith with respect to the other party's products and services and the good reputation ofthe other party.
