Other Business Ventures. The Members may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind and description, independently or with others. The Company shall not have any rights in or to such other ventures or income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement or the Member’s status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Company.

Other Business Ventures. The Members Member may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind and description, independently or with others. The Company shall not have any rights in or to such other ventures or income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement or the Member’s 's status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Company.

Other Business Ventures. The Members (including the Managing-Member) may engage in or possess an interest and own interests in other business ventures (unconnected of any nature, whether or not competitive with the Company) of every kind , and description, independently or with others. The neither the Company nor any Member shall not have any rights in or to such other ventures or income or profits therefrom by virtue of right under this Agreement in any such venture or the Member’s status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Companyprofits therefrom.

Other Business Ventures. The Members Member may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind and description, independently or with others. The Company shall not have any rights in or to such other ventures or income or profits therefrom there from by virtue of this Agreement or the Member’s 's status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Company.

The Members (including the Managing Member) may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind nature and description, independently or with others. The , whether or not similar to or in competition with the business of the Company, TD Group or any subsidiary thereof, and neither the Company nor any of the other Members shall not have any rights right by virtue of this Agreement in or to such other business ventures or to the income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement or the Member’s status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Companyderived therefrom.

The Company shall not have any rights in or to such other ventures or income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement or the Member’s status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Company.

The , whether existing as of the effective date hereof or hereafter coming into existence; and the Company shall not have any rights in or to any such other independent ventures or income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement or the Member’s status as a member of the Company, or the manager’s status as a manager of the Companyderived therefrom.
