Licensing and Training.4.1 The Contractor agrees that he/she, and all attorneys working for the Contractor’s firm, shall remain during the term of this Contract licensed to practice law in the State of Washington and to abide by the Code of Professional Responsibility. 4.2 Each and every attorney providing services under this Contract shall comply with the Washington Admission and Practice Rules (APR) with regard to mandatory continued legal education (MCLE) requirements. Upon request by the City, the Contractor shall provide a list of all trainings attended by the attorneys and staff during each year of this Contract.

Licensing and Training.Employees performing work for Contractor under this contract shall be properly licensed for equipment operation and also shall be properly trained, including training by industry-recognized organizations, in the operation of said equipment. Employees shall abide by all applicable laws regarding towing and recovery of motor vehicles.

Licensing and Training.The Company shall supply NMIS with the names of its employees and agents who indicate a willingness to sell Securities Interests. After careful investigation, NMIS shall select the employees and agents who are to be trained and qualified to make such sales as NMIS Representatives. No NMIS Representative shall engage in any solicitation activities or the sale of any Securities Interest unless such individual is dually appointed as a securities agent of NMIS and an insurance agent of the Company, registered with the NASD and licensed with all securities and insurance regulatory authorities in those states and other jurisdictions (together referred to herein as “states�) where licensing is required of such individual. NMIS shall be solely responsible for ensuring that NMIS Representatives receive training reasonably designed to ensure their activities are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state securities laws and NASD Conduct Rules. The Company shall be solely responsible for ensuring that NMIS Representatives receive training reasonably designed to ensure their activities are conducted in accordance with applicable state insurance laws. Upon request by the Company, NMIS shall provide the Company with written certification that an individual NMIS Representative is dually appointed, qualified, registered and licensed under applicable federal and state securities laws.

Licensing and Training.1. The District shall pay for all required licensure, less the cost of a regular operator’s license, testing and physical examinations. The bargaining unit member may select his/her own physician for a physical examination and the District shall reimburse the full cost of the required physical up to $85.00. The District may require an additional physical if deemed necessary and shall pay for the full cost. 2. The District shall pay drivers at their field trip rate for all time spent at training sessions, required meeting (including run information meetings), and testing. Paid testing shall not include random drug sample testing.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • Professional Development and Training The Company shall pay for or reimburse the Executive for any reasonable professional development or training.
