Good Care Sample Clauses

The Good Care clause sets a standard for the level of care and diligence that a party, often a service provider, must exercise in performing its obligations under an agreement. Typically, this means the party must act with reasonable skill, attention, and prudence, comparable to what is expected in the relevant industry or profession. For example, a healthcare provider might be required to follow established medical protocols, or a contractor may need to use quality materials and workmanship. The core function of this clause is to ensure that services or work are performed to an acceptable standard, thereby protecting the interests of the party receiving the service and reducing the risk of subpar performance.
