Capital Reimbursement Sample Clauses
The Capital Reimbursement clause defines the terms under which a party is repaid for capital expenditures or investments made on behalf of another party. Typically, this clause outlines the types of costs eligible for reimbursement, the process for submitting claims, and the timeline for payment. For example, it may apply when a contractor purchases equipment or materials for a project and seeks repayment from the project owner. The core function of this clause is to ensure that parties are fairly compensated for upfront capital outlays, thereby reducing financial risk and clarifying reimbursement procedures.
