Before and After School Care Sample Clauses

The 'Before and After School Care' clause defines the terms under which supervised care is provided to children outside of regular school hours, typically in the mornings before school starts and in the afternoons after school ends. This clause outlines the eligibility, hours of operation, fees, and responsibilities of both the care provider and the parents or guardians. By clearly establishing the expectations and logistics for extended care, the clause ensures that families have reliable childcare options and that both parties understand their obligations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and supporting consistent attendance.
