As Requested Sample Clauses
The "As Requested" clause establishes that certain goods, services, or actions will be provided only when specifically requested by one party. In practice, this means the obligated party is not required to perform or deliver unless and until the other party makes a formal request, such as ordering additional materials or scheduling extra services. This clause helps prevent unnecessary work or delivery, ensuring that resources are only expended when there is a clear and documented need, thereby reducing waste and clarifying expectations between the parties.
